It took me around a year to read the whole manga series, Fairy Tail by Hiro Mashima. Most of it was re-read, because back in 2014 I did get quite far in the manga but I stopped reading it. Now that it’s all completed I decided to re-read it from the beginning and I am so glad I did. Now I know that if avid manga readers/anime watchers stumbled upon this review they would probably say that Fairy Tail is not a good manga/anime. I have to agree it has its flaws and I might be blinded by nostalgia from my childhood since I loved it so much back then but I’m not going to be so easy on the series. I’ll try to point out what are its flaws and what I enjoyed it still.

Isn’t it nice that I’m finally back with more reviews? It definitely feels nice for me. I missed writing reviews but March hasn’t been the best month for that. City of Ghosts was a book I included in my TBR for this year and Sarah was so lovely that she got a copy for me, I cannot be grateful enough for that! I adore reading middle-grade books, somehow they give me so much joy, much more than YA or adult ever will be able and I’m so happy I got around reading this book.

If you know me you know that I adore Leigh Bardugo and her books and I adore Six of Crows and quite liked the Grisha trilogy as well. So when I saw this tag over at Ash’s blog I knew I had to do it as well! You can check her post here. The tag was originally created by Rebecca Books. Also this Tuesday I already posted my spoiler free review of King of Scars so this week is very much Grishaverse themed! Hope you all like what I did there.

I’m so excited to bring you a review of this book! If you’ve been reading my blog you know that Leigh Bardugo is one of my favourite authors and slowly I feel like there is nothing I don’t like that she puts out. I had a little trouble getting this book, Book Depository had a little trouble getting the book to me. But it got here, I read it and I loved it. I have to say it probably found me at the right time and thus I might be a little biased towards it (judging by the other reviews).

Usually I write these posts at the beginning of each month and slowly add to it as I read. This way I usually write this part too ahead of time. However I had to rewrite it, because I’m so glad March is finally over. This month hasn’t been the best one to me so I’m so very glad it’s finally over. During March I read 11 books, 2860 pages.
