FairyLoot August Box Unboxing

Hello everonye!

I’m well aware, I’m really late with this but sadly it arrived right after I left my parents place and mom wouldn’t send the box after me, so I had to wait two weeks to get to this wonderful box. But it’s finally here and now I won’t spoil anyone who got the August FairyLoot box! So without further do, let’s see what this box had in it! Be aware of the pictures! I tried hard to make them pretty hahaha! Oh and also, mom already opened the box by the time I got home! Bad mom…

This post is not promoted by FairyLoot, I purchased it for my birthday, which is obviously in August, though I got it a little late.

So August’s theme was OTHERWORLDS, and here is the spoiler card with the gorgeous design!

 

The first thing I saw in the box was the candle. Somehow I always buy the boxes that contain candles and I’m pretty happy about that!

 

There are five different candles sorted into the boxes, I got Witchsoul – Faisali. It smells devine! It has orange blossom, honey and musk scents in it, and guys it is absolutely great! It’s an exclusive candle from Book and Nook and they worked with the author of the month to creat the five different scents for this box!

Next up there is a sleeping mask, which I honestly have never used before!

 

It reads “Fictional worlds fuel my dreams”, again it’s exclusive to FairyLoot and made from satin. It feels nice and very light, I shall try this out soon!

First I almost missed this, but I also got an exclusive handmade necklace by Oh Panda Eyes.

 

It has a Velaris pedant, obvious of ACOTAR series by Sarah J. Maas. Honestly I’m not a big necklace wearer as I wear rings rather, and not too big of a fan of the series but this necklace is really pretty!

This next one got me very excited! It’s a Game of Thrones themed tea strainer, exclusive for this box as well!

 

Honestly I love drinking tea, and I love Game of Thrones so this is just the perfect thing one could get, even so that it is shaped as a sword! How cool is that! My only concern is how will I clean it up? But I guess we shall see once I tried it out. I could use this with my tea I got from a previous box!

Honestly, I love collecting notebooks so when I saw the next one I got very happy!

 

It’s an exclusive Neverland notebook hand painted by TJ Lubrano. The details and the colours are so gorgeous! I will keep it for a while and think of the best and nicest way to use it up!

As in all boxes we got more bookmarks, because one can never have enough right?!

 

And this time we got the Exclusive Lord of the Rings magnetic bookmars by Paperly and Co. I got Legolas and Thranduil, which made me extremely happy because Legolas has always been my 1st and foremost fictional crush, since day 1! And  who can love Thranduil? They also sent out Sam and Frodo and Aragorn and Arwen in the boxes.

FairyLoot also included a gorgeous artprint by Melissa Nettleship.

 

It’s exclusive as well, called Northern Lights and will totally look gorgeous hanging on my wall for sure!

And before we get to the book of the month there are a few extra items as always.

 

The first is a Godsgrave sampler, which I can’t read yet because I hasn’t read Nevernight. But the coolest thing is it’s also a poster!

 

There is also a Blackwing sampler and two temporary tattoo cards!

 

We also got a Mini Backdrop discount coupon with which you get 15% discount, with this gorgeous art!

 

As usually we also get the bookmark version of the month’s art, and here is my reading buddy number! I know I’m late but if you find me, let’s be friends!

 

I was debating where put the author’s letter and signature first but I shall just put the book first, which is…. Wicked Like A Wildfire by Lana Popovic.

I honestly don’t know much about the book, I only keep up with some of the new releases so I love to get FairyLoot, all the other 3 books I got through it I loved dearly! Also, this cover is just absolutely gorgeous!

So here is the sinopsis: 
All the women in Iris and Malina’s family have the unique magical ability or “gleam” to manipulate beauty. Iris sees flowers as fractals and turns her kaleidoscope visions into glasswork, while Malina interprets moods as music. But their mother has strict rules to keep their gifts a secret, even in their secluded sea-side town. Looking at the Goodreads reviews this book got an especially mixed reviews so I might just dive into it to see how I like it.

All in all, I loved this box just as much as I loved every previous boxes, especially that this had Game of Thrones goodie in it!
